Terms and Conditions

Before you book your uplift you must read the following terms and conditions.

If we have to cancel or change your uplift booking.

Sometimes things we cannot control like the weather conditions or operational reasons will give us reason to cancel at short notice. During the winter months if the roads are too dangerous to drive on due to snow/ice, we will have to cancel due to safety implications. We will try and give you as much notice as possible and will give you a full refund or transfer your booking to another uplift date. Antur Stiniog Cyf will take no financial responsibility for any other costs incurred for these cancellations (for example travel costs/accommodation costs). It is important that the contact number and email address left when booking are the correct details to get hold of you should we need to cancel. Please check your emails and texts before you set off.

Please do note, rain will not affect our service and we will not cancel for these conditions.

At times if there is no one booked on for a 'full days' uplift then Antur Stiniog Cyf reserve the right to close the service for that day - please refer to the 'Book now' page to check. We strongly recommend booking your uplift online to avoid disappointment.

If you have to cancel or change your uplift booking.

If you wish to cancel or transfer your ‘uplift’ booking to another date, this can be done free of charge up to 7 days before your uplift day.

Within 7 days before your uplift day, if you wish to cancel your ‘uplift’ booking you will be subject to a £10 per person cancellation fee. If you wish to transfer it to another day this will be subject to a £5 admin fee.

 

  1. I have read and understood the Code of Conduct.
  2. I am not aware of any medical condition which would preclude me riding the trails.
  3. I understand that Mountain biking is a dangerous activity and I therefore ride at my own risk. There is a risk of injury and death when undertaking such activities.
  4. Please ride to your limits and conditions on the day of your visit. Wind can be a big factor when jumping – if it’s windy on the day of your visit please be aware and keep your wheels on the ground!
  5. Please inspect your bike and equipment for cracks, defects, or damage prior to riding. Include your tyres, seat, seatpost, suspension, handlebars, and wheel set in these checks to ensure your bike is safe for the trails.
  6. I must wear a correctly fitted helmet and always fastened whilst riding the trails on site. (It is recommended to wear body armour and a full-face helmet). Please note that a full-face helmet is mandatory when riding on the black graded trails.
  7. I must be aware of vehicles, walkers and other people who might access the site.
  8. I must ride with care when passing people on the trails.
  9. I must obey all signage and instructions given from Antur Stiniog Staff.
  10. In the event of an accident I acknowledge that the Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from, or in connection with the Activities.

Don't cycle alone: A friend watching out for you is a good plan. They don’t have to ride the trails but could watch out for you from the car park. Programme Antur Stiniog Bike Park into your mobile in case of emergency - 01766 238007

No refund will be given for any uplift bookings cancelled 48 hrs before they are due to use the uplift service.

Changing a name on the booking can be done free of charge up to 24 hours before the uplift. After which cancellation charges will apply.

Antur Stiniog Cyf Ltd reserve the right to change its Terms and Conditions at any time.

Safety Briefing

It is important that everyone who uses Antur Stiniog Cyf’s uplift and downhill trails takes note of the following Health and Safety advice:

  1. The trails are graded according to their skill level please take the time to research which trail would suit your riding ability best. If in doubt start small and work your way up. Never jump blind, unless you know the trails. Whilst the trails are suitable for most abilities we strongly advise that anyone under 12 should be a competent rider.
  2. You must ALWAYS wear a helmet. We also strongly advise you wear gloves and body armour. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A HELMET YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE THE SERVICE.
  3. Read and adhere to all advice signs while using the trails.

Please note what you do on the way down the trails is solely up to you - Antur Stiniog Cyf Ltd will not accept any responsibility for any injury to any persons or damage to any bike at any time whilst using the trails.

The trails are on private land, from time to time some trails may have to be closed for routine maintenance work - we will try and give you the most up to date information of any closures on the day of your uplift however this cannot always be guaranteed.

Covid-19 Declaration

I confirm that within the last 14 days:

  1. I have not been infected or shown symptoms of Covid-19.
  2. No one in my household has been infected or shown symptoms of Covid-19.
  3. No one in my household is in the vulnerable or extremely vulnerable categories as defined in the current UK Government advice.
  4. I also confirm that should any of the three points above occur 14 days prior to any future trips to Antur Stiniog Bike Park I will contact the Park on 01766238007 or post@anturstiniog.com to move my booking and will not attend the site until I am 14 days clear of any symptoms/no longer have contact with vulnerable individuals. Please be aware that you could be asked to leave the Park if you show symptoms of Covid-19 on the day of your visit.

Please wash your hands, adhere to ALL social distancing signs and one-way systems and instruction from our Staff during your visit to Antur Stiniog Bike Park to ensure safety.

Os oes rhaid i ni ganslo neu newid eich archeb cludo.

Weithiau bydd pethau na allwn eu rheoli fel y tywydd neu resymau gweithredol yn ein gorfodi i ganslo ar fyr rybudd. Yn ystod misoedd y gaeaf os yw'r ffyrdd yn rhy beryglus i yrru arnynt oherwydd eira/rhew bydd yn rhaid i ni ganslo oherwydd pryderon diogelwch. Byddwn yn ceisio rhoi cymaint o rybudd â phosib i chi a byddwn yn rhoi ad-daliad llawn i chi neu'n trosglwyddo eich archeb i ddyddiad cludo arall. Ni fydd Antur Stiniog Cyf yn cymryd unrhyw gyfrifoldeb ariannol am unrhyw gostau eraill a ysgwyddir am y canslo hwn (er enghraifft costau teithio/costau llety). Mae'n bwysig bod y rhif cyswllt a'r cyfeiriad e-bost a roddwyd gennych wrth archebu lle yn fanylion cywir er mwyn gallu cael gafael arnoch os bydd angen i ni ganslo. Gwiriwch ein sianeli cyfryngau cymdeithasol, eich negeseuon e-bost a negesau testun cyn i chi adael y t?.  

 

Sylwch, nid yw glaw a gwynt yn effeithio ar ein gwasanaeth ac ni fyddwn yn canslo ar gyfer yr amodau hyn oni bai bod ein Rheolwr Safle yn ystyried eu bod yn beryglus. Os nad oes neb wedi archebu lle ar gyfer gwasanaeth cludo 'diwrnod llawn' yna mae Antur Stiniog Cyf yn cadw'r hawl i gau'r gwasanaeth ar gyfer y diwrnod hwnnw - cyfeiriwch at y dudalen 'Archebwch ar-lein' (dolen) i wirio. Os oes rhaid i chi ganslo neu newid eich archeb cludo, neu drosglwyddo eich archeb i ddyddiad arall, gellir gwneud hyn yn rhad ac am ddim hyd at 7 diwrnod cyn eich diwrnod cludo.

 

O fewn 7 diwrnod cyn eich diwrnod cludo, os ydych yn dymuno canslo eich archeb 'cludo', bydd yn rhaid talu ffi canslo o £10 y person. Os ydych yn dymuno ei drosglwyddo i ddiwrnod arall, bydd hyn yn amodol ar ffi weinyddol o £5.

  1. Rwyf wedi darllen a deall y Cod Ymddygiad.                                      
  2. Nid wyf yn ymwybodol o unrhyw gyflwr meddygol a allai fy atal rhag beicio ar y llwybrau.
  3. Rwy'n deall bod beicio mynydd yn weithgaredd peryglus ac felly rwy'n cymryd cyfrifoldeb llwyr wrth feicio. Mae perygl o anafiadau a marwolaeth wrth wneud gweithgareddau o'r fath.
  4. Beiciwch fel mae eich amgylchiadau a'r amodau yn caniatáu ar ddiwrnod eich ymweliad. Gall gwynt fod yn elfen allweddol wrth neidio – os yw hi'n wyntog ar ddiwrnod eich ymweliad cadwch hynny mewn cof a chadwch eich olwynion ar y ddaear!
  5. Archwiliwch eich beic a'ch offer i weld a oes unrhyw graciau, ddiffygion, neu ddifrod cyn beicio. Gwiriwch eich teiars, sedd, polyn sedd, yr hongiad (suspension), y cyrn a’r olwynion i sicrhau bod eich beic yn ddiogel i'r llwybrau.
  6. Rhaid i mi wisgo helmed wedi ei gosod yn gywir a'i chau bob amser wrth feicio ar lwybrau’r safle. (Argymhellir gwisgo arfwisg corff a helmed wyneb llawn). Sylwch fod yn rhaid gwisgo helmed wyneb llawn wrth feicio ar y llwybrau gradd du.
  7. Rhaid i mi fod yn ymwybodol o gerbydau, cerddwyr a phobl eraill a allai fod ar y safle.
  8. Rhaid i mi feicio gyda gofal wrth basio pobl ar y llwybrau.
  9. Rhaid i mi ufuddhau i'r holl arwyddion ac i bob cyfarwyddyd gan Staff Antur Stiniog.
  10. Os bydd damwain, rwy'n cydnabod na fydd y Cwmni yn gyfrifol am unrhyw golled, difrod, neu anaf uniongyrchol neu anuniongyrchol yn deillio o'r gweithgareddau, neu mewn cysylltiad â nhw.

Peidiwch â beicio ar eich pen eich hun. Mae hi o hyd yn beth da gofyn i ffrind gadw llygad arnoch chi. Does dim rhaid iddyn nhw feicio ar y llwybrau ond fe allen nhw eich gwylio o'r maes parcio. Cadwch rif ffôn Parc Beicio Antur Stiniog yn eich ffôn symudol rhag ofn bod argyfwng – 01766 238007

 

Ni roddir ad-daliad am unrhyw archebion cludo a ganslwyd 48 awr cyn yr amser defnyddio.

Gellir newid enw ar yr archeb yn rhad ac am ddim hyd at 24 awr cyn y cludiad. Ar ôl hynny, bydd taliadau canslo yn berthnasol.

Datganiad Covid-19

Cadarnhaf, o fewn y 14 diwrnod diwethaf:

  1. Nad wyf wedi fy heintio â Covid-19 ac na fu symptomau arnaf.
  2. Nad oes unrhyw un ar fy aelwyd wedi cael ei heintio â Covid-19 ac na fu symptomau arnynt.
  3. Nad oes neb ar fy aelwyd yn y categorïau agored i niwed neu eithriadol o agored i niwed fel y caiff hynny ei ddiffinio ar hyn o bryd yng nghyngor Llywodraeth y DU.
  4. Cadarnhaf hefyd, os bydd unrhyw un o'r tri phwynt uchod yn wir 14 diwrnod cyn unrhyw daith i Barc Beicio Antur Stiniog yn y dyfodol, y byddaf yn cysylltu â'r Parc ar 01766 238007 neu post@anturstiniog.com i aildrefnu fy ymweliad ac na fyddaf yn ymweld â’r safle hyd nes y byddaf yn glir o unrhyw symptomau am 14 diwrnod / ddim mwyach yn dod i gysylltiad â phobl sy'n agored i niwed. Sylwch y gellir gofyn i chi adael y Parc os oes symptomau Covid-19 arnoch ar ddiwrnod eich ymweliad.

Golchwch eich dwylo, ufuddhewch i’r HOLL arwyddion cadw pellter cymdeithasol, systemau un ffordd a chyfarwyddiadau ein staff yn ystod eich ymweliad â Pharc Beicio Antur Stiniog er mwyn sicrhau diogelwch.
